Our twin room included iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The location was magnificent, within walking distance of an idiosyncratic folk museum. Further, it was right by the modern Belgrade. The food was nice, had a great selection of options.

We had a luxurious room with a walk-in shower. It had a favourable and decent location short walk to the very centre of Belgrad by car or public transport, the restaurant, and public transport. The very pleasant staff provided all the necessary info.

I chose this hotel for attending a council and it provided a long day of work and sightseeing. The location in Zemun was picturesque and easily accessible to other regions and attractions in Belgrade. The triple room was spacious, although it could use some updating with the paint and carpets.
One service that I missed for my work was the lack of a reliable wake-up call system. The manual process on the hotel's side caused me trouble as they failed to call me on the first morning and called me late on the second day.

The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful decorations that reminded me of the theaters I used to visit when I was younger. The general areas were well-maintained and had plenty of seating options, making it easier for senior people like me to rest and socialize. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for seniors, with ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility.
I would have appreciated if there were more activities specifically designed for senior guests. It would have been wonderful to have organized outings or quiet spaces where we could relax and enjoy ourselves without the hustle and bustle of the other guests.

The hotel's location is perfect for families with children as there are plenty of restaurant options in front of the hotel and it is near the beautiful Danube pedestrian zone. The city center is easily accessible, and the hotel is situated close to the river. The rooms and bathrooms are very modern and clean, and the friendly staff provides excellent service. The breakfast and air conditioning are impressive facilities in the hotel.
The lack of quality shower gel and soap in the hotel could be improved.

Oh, what a delightful stay! The hotel completely won me over with its historic charm, multilingual staff, and cozy lounge bar. And let's not forget the inviting restaurant and convenient 24-hour fitness center. Definitely worth it!
Loved being welcomed by used towels on my bed and a broken shower support. Such attention to detail!
